Description
The country home "Guaralda di Sotto" is placed between Fossombrone and Isola del Piano, in a sunny and panoramic place, surrounded by a park of
10000 m² with secular trees. In 15 minutes you can reach Urbino, taking a very panoramic road between "Cesane" hills. The structure in brick and stone
has been restored. Internal dividing and all internal and external finish has to
be realized. The restoration plan foresees two apartments, on two floors, completely independent, with a surface of 213 mq each, with a mansard of
100 mq. One out-building utilizable as garage. For the restoration we used only high quality materials, as visible oak beams, hand-made terracotta bricks for the ceiling, hand-madeterracotta tiles for the pavements ,window frames and interior doors in solid wood (oak) with iron mounting and handeles made in antiche style. The roof is insulated, on the ground floor we used water resistent plaster.
Work in progress.
The project can be modified, to ralize four apartments, the ones at the
groundfloor with external garage, the ones at the first floor with mansard. A
swimming pool will be realized.
The house can be utilized as one or two family house,
as “agriturismo”, country house or bed&breakfast (11 double berdrooms and 2
suites in the attic). Otherwise the house allows to obtain 4 independent apartments.
