Description
The building is included in a country village at 1 km from Carpegna, a lovely holiday locality of "Montefeltro". To a little distance you can find skiing equipments. The structure is completely in stone and is composed of one central nucleus on three floors and of one low part. The restoration plan foresees the realization of six apartments, so forth described. For the restoration we make use only of valuables materials, as oak beam, hand-made bricks, hand-made floors. Each apartment has independent heating. Description:
